"Good things take time". I immensely believe in this statement and if you are reading this then the utmost reason to be here is to know the fundamentals on how to reduce belly fat or perhaps, how to build Abdominal muscles (Abs). However, you've got no problem now as I am going to give the solution to what you are willing to find.

I am going to make this very simple and crisp with providing the basic knowledge and don't worry I am not going to include any theories or research or statistics for god's sake (Lol)

Firstly, let me tell you what people usually do to build Abs or reduce belly fat.

As far as I have observed,

1. Generally, They skip food they just sacrifice everything they want to eat.

2. They include more liquid foods unlike other foods

3. They keep performing Ab exercises regularly which are so fancy and trendy in the social media channels. (I Hate this Idea the most)

So now, I am going to address all my observations with simple solutions.

There is terminology for all of this ( To build abs or reduce fat)

That is Calorie Deficit (The only effective solution)

What most people don't share other than workouts is that NUTRITION plays a major role in this.

Trust me, It's not workouts that matter. It's the Nutrition. As I mentioned Calorie deficit, means that you have to consume less than what you burn in a day.

For example, On average if you spend 2000 Kcs a day then you should consume 1600 Kcs approx and that's referred to as calorie deficit

For Your Information

1gm of protein - 4 Calories
1gm of Carbs - 4 Calories
1gm of fat - 9 calories

Most importantly, you should never skip food instead what you need to skip is the JUNK FOOD. let me include certain examples (Pizzas, Burgers, etc)

Note: Foods that contain saturated fats are considered Junk foods and they are so bad for your health. (Prefer Unsaturated fats instead)

Guys, It's not the rightful method if you plan to reduce 2/3 Kgs in a week by skipping food or by including only liquids in your diet. It just ruins your metabolism and It would be good for a shorter period but You would regret it in long term.

It took me almost 16 months to reduce almost 10 Kgs and put up on muscle. Of course, I had cheat meals and all but if you maintain strictness in the proper consumption of rightful foods. It won't take much longer than it took me to reduce.

Patience and Consistency is the only key because as I mentioned in the beginning. Good things take time mates.

All I have provided above is the basic knowledge or the notion which is more than enough to understand how to reduce fat or build ABS.

Lastly, NUTRITION > Workouts

PS: Rightful/Mindful Nutrition.

Happy Mindful eating
